About Our Founder
YASH BHOIR
Founder - PRISTYNE
Yash Bhoir is an MBA Finance student, entrepreneur, public speaker and event professional with a strong interest in business, fashion, youth experiences and experiential entertainment. He is currently pursuing his second year of MBA in Finance at Vijay Patil School of Management, D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai, after completing his BMS in Finance from Pillai College, New Panvel.
Alongside academics, Yash has gained practical exposure to entrepreneurship and business management as a Director at Gomata Vision LLP, strengthening his understanding of strategy, partnerships, decision-making and execution.
His journey in fashion and entertainment includes being the Mumbai City Winner at Mr. Teen India 2022 by ALEE Club, participating in 10+ stage competitions and fashion shows and appearing in 7+ fashion showcases, including a showcase featuring Indian footwear brand Bacca Bucci.
Behind the stage, Yash has worked as a Fashion choreographer and served as the Fashion Event Head at ELYSIUM, Vijay Patil School of Management, where he choreographed and managed five fashion groups. All five placed in the Top 5, with one group winning the event.
He has also served as the Social Media Head of his undergraduate Fashion crew - UCONIC, actively pursued public speaking and was a
National Finalist at IIM Calcutta's 4th National Policy Hackathon.
These experiences shaped a simple belief:
" Young people don't lack talent. They need more platforms to discover it, develop it and showcase it. "
That belief became the foundation of PRISTYNE—a youth experiences and leadership platform envisioned to bring together creativity, leadership, opportunities, competitions, events and community.
